Fun with food!

Wow! What a week! Cooper is eating up a storm - here he is eating his first lasagna dinner. What a mess and what fun. He is loving his swim lessons and he is crazy about looking at art. Wonder if we will have ourselves a little artist? He is *almost* crawling - any day now. This week was full of crazy events. My mom got diagnosed with early stage breast cancer. Please keep her in your prayers. She is amazingly strong though so I know she will come through this ordeal just fine - go Char!!! Nugie had her baby girl - little Stori. And Jill Hart had baby Nathan (dirty Nate!) this week. Congrats to the new moms! I won't be going up North - maybe later in the summer. Trent is still on his way to school. We will be lonely without him :( Hope you all have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend!

Update on Sr Coopski

Whoa! What a difference a day makes! Cooper clocked in at 21 pounds - 29 inches yesterday. The doctor is no longer worried about him not gaining enough weight :) He is also trying to crawl (baby gates need to go up - soon!) and eating solids. He loves honeydew and banana. He is also liking Cheerios and crackers. I think we will give him some meat and yogurt this weekend. The doctor also showed me 4 more teeth on top! They are just coming in and drool is everywhere. Cooper the Pooper

Finally I have set up a blog so we can share info and pictures with you all more easily! Today is May 16, 2006 and Coop is 8 months. He goes to the doctor on Thursday and I will let you know how big the pooper is getting. Trent is busy preparing for school and I am selling like mad on eBay and getting ready for our Wisconsin trip. Cooper is sleeping (what's new!) Check back weekly for updates :)
